COVID-19 exposures announced for Regina, Meadow Lake, and Weyburn

The Saskatchewan Health Authority has announced potential COVID-19 exposures for three cities in Saskatchewan.

One or more COVID-19 patients have visited the following businesses while likely infectious:

Meadow Lake

  • October 29
    • Meadow Lake Co-op Food Store, 107 – 2nd Ave W, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • October 30
    • Meadow Lake Co-op Food Store, 107 – 2nd Ave W, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • October 31
    • Meadow Lake Co-op Food Store, 107 – 2nd Ave W, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Regina

  • October 24
    • Regina Transit, Bus #7 Golden Mile at 3:05 p.m. to 2088 Prince of Wales Drive
    • Michael’s, 2088 Prince of Wales Drive, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 4 to 9:30 p.m.
  • October 26
    • Regina Transit, Bus #7 Glencairn left the Golden Mile at 1:24 p.m. and arrived at the destination at 2:08 p.m.
    • Regina Transit, Bus #9 Albert Park left the Walmart East stop at 7:20 p.m. and arrived at the destination at 8:00 p.m.

The SHA says those who visited these businesses are being asked to self-monitor for symptoms. If symptoms develop, patients are being asked to self-isolate immediately and seek a testing referral.

COVID-19 symptoms can take up to 14 days to develop after exposure.
