The Regina Catholic School Division has announced a COVID-19 case has been diagnosed in an individual at Deshaye Catholic School. It has resulted in the school closing one classroom until November 30 out of an abundance of caution.
“We are working closely with Public Health staff to ensure necessary measures are in place to protect all students and staff,” states a release from the school division. “Any close contacts of the individual have been asked to self-isolate.”
Students in the affected classroom will be learning remotely until the Nov. 30 while all other classrooms remain open.
