Regina Catholic Schools identify more COVID-19 cases, Robert Southey School closed until Dec. 18th

Two cases of COVID-19 were announced at St. Francis Community School Thursday night, along with another case at Miller High School and St. Dominic Savio School.

Regina Catholic says all the cases at Miller high school have come from outside of the school, and have not been because of internal transmission inside the school.

All affected classrooms have been closed with parents notified.

Contact tracing is underway with all other classrooms still open at this time.

Meanwhile in Southey, Robert Southey School said Thursday night they will be closed until December 18th because of more COVID-19 cases.

All students there will start online learning Monday, and will return to class after the Christmas break on January 7th.

Saskatchewan announced another death and 259 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, another update will come Friday afternoon.
