COVID-19 cases found at O’Neill High School and Sacred Heart Community School

COVID-19 cases have been found at a pair of schools in the Regina Catholic School system.

First, a case of COVID-19 at Archbishop M.C. O’Neill Catholic High School, causing the closure of multiple classrooms. All parents and families in the affected classrooms have been contacted by school staff, and the remaining classrooms remain open until the end of the week.

As well, a COVID-19 case was found at Sacred Heart Community School, causing the closure of one classroom.

In that instance, all parents and families connected to that classroom have also been contacted. All other classrooms will remain open.

Any further close contacts will be notified by Public Health. Contact tracing efforts continue in both schools.
