The Yorkton Exhibition Association has launched a grain drive.

Not being able to hold their normal annual events this year due to COVID-19 has had a significant impact on their bottom line, with revenues down 95 to 100 percent.

Director Brett Callin says they really don’t have a fundraising goal in mind and will accept any offer of grain.

Callin says they’re simply asking for grain right now and not asking for livestock donations.

He says they would like to hold their regular events next year, but they don’t know if they can yet because of COVID-19 restrictions.
