Riders announced they have re-signed two important veterans.

Safety Mike Edem signed a one-year extension. He was a West Division all star in 2019. He played all 18 games, amassing 69 tackles and 3 sacks. 2021 will be Edem’s fourth season with the Riders.

Long snapper Jorgen Hus will return for his sixth season in Green and White. The 31 year old joined the team in 2015 after off-season stints with three NFL teams.

Both players were scheduled to become free agents on February 9, 2021.
