Saturday night, just after 10:00 pm, Regina Police responded to a collision between a Regina Transit bus and a pedestrian at 12th Avenue and Lorne Street.
Initial investigation determined the bus was heading east on 12th Avenue, turning northbound on Lorne Street. The pedestrian was crossing Lorne Street at 12th Avenue when they were struck in the intersection.
EMS attended the scene and transported the victim to hospital with minor injuries.
The bus driver was charged with failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.
