Regina Police have made yet another arrest in the city’s third murder of 2021, but have also released one suspect.

Back on Feb. 21, police were called to the 1000 block of Garnet Street just off of 4th Avenue, where 32-year-old Justin Delorme was found with serious injuries. He later died.

Since then, three people have been charged in the murder, including 32-year-old Jordan Cyr, who has now seen his charges stayed. He has since been released.

Upon further investigation, police have now arrested 35-year-old Delaney Albert, and charged him with second degree murder and attempted murder using a firearm.

Albert appeared in court Monday morning.
