Regina Police investigating after car stolen at gun point

Regina Police are looking for a suspect after a man had his car stolen at gun point early Sunday morning.

Officers say they were called to the 400 block of Broad Street North shortly after 1:30 a.m.  where they learned the suspect approached the victim who was sitting inside his vehicle, pointed a firearm at them, and commanded them to get out, when the victim did as told the suspect jumped in the vehicle and drove south on Broad Street.

Police say the suspect is an Indigenous man, around 5’10” who was wearing a black and white bandanna, black hoodie, and several rings at the time.

The firearm was described as a black handgun, while the vehicle taken is said to be a black 2012 Honda Accord, with damage to the front fender.
