Regina Police are warning the public about a man who is considered to be high risk to reoffend sexually.

As of Friday, 29-year-old Christopher Jacob Boerma will be living in the city’s North Central neighbourhood.

Boerma is a Caucasian man. He is 6’6 tall, weighing about 190 pounds, with a thin build. He has short, blond curly hair, blue eyes, with light facial hair including a goatee, and crooked, irregular teeth.

Boerma has a history of sexual offences and has a history of reoffending as an adult. During his time in custody he never completed the programming aimed at addressing his risk factors, resulting in him making no progress in reducing his high risk to reoffend.

While out on release, Boerma must abide by conditions including staying inside his residence from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am every night, not possessing or consuming alcohol, cannabis, or drugs, that have not been prescribed to him, having no contact with anyone under the age of 16, unless in the company of an adult, not going to any public park where kids under the age of 16 are present, and having no access or the right to possess pornography.
