Multiple reports say the CFL has delivered a return to play proposal to the CFLPA that would see the regular season begin on it’s scheduled date.
According to 3DownNation and TSN’s Dave Naylor, the proposal includes a 20 percent pay cut for players if fans are not allowed inside stadiums.
However, that would be rolled back throughout the season if fans are allowed to return.
The proposal is also subject to the CFL’s return to play protocols, which have to be approved by the provincial governments.
