Drew Englot scored the winner for the Regina Pats Sunday night, who topped the Prince Albert Raiders 4-3 at the Brandt Centre.

Cole Dubinsky had two goals in the win.

Englot, who also had an assist in the win, said it was great to finally see one go in the net for him after some offensive struggles this season.

“We all battled hard and we played really well and got it done, for me getting my first goal this season was also exciting,” Englot said.

Englot felt like it was one of the most physical games the Pats had been involved in this year.

“Yeah for sure, it was a tough game physically, but we handled it and came out on top,” he said.

Tom Cadieux dropped the gloves with the Raiders’ Justin Nachbaur, after Nachbaur he was given a major for checking to the head and a game misconduct.

Later in the 2nd period Ryker Evans also squared off with Eric Pearce.

The Pats will be back at it Tuesday night when they take on the Saskatoon Blades at 6:00 p.m. on 620 CKRM.
