Melville RCMP say a man is dead after his vehicle was involved in a collision on Highway #10 on Thursday morning.

RCMP first received a complaint for the collision at about 8:30 AM Thursday morning. Officers responded to the scene roughly 20 kilometres west of Melville.

A 33-year-old man from Melville was taken to hospital in Melville in serious condition, but he later died from his injuries.

RCMP are still investigating. The family of the deceased has been notified.

The highway was closed for a brief time, but it has since re-opened.
