Team Canada has won gold at the Under 18 World Hockey Championship for the first time since 2013, after beating Russia 5-3 on Thursday.
Regina Pats forward Connor Bedard, at 15 years of age, becomes the youngest gold medalist in U18 history.
Bedard was also one of the teams biggest offensive threats, with 14 points in seven games, including ten in his final three games, he had a goal and assist in the gold medal game.

Canada won all seven games in regulation, scoring 51 goals, and allowing only 12.
