The City of Regina has announced provincial funds are now available for uninsurable property owners in the city.

Regina has been designated as an eligible assistance area under the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program after the heavy rain events on June 11.

Before applying for PDAP funding, residents are being advised to check with their private insurance provider to see if any damages can be covered.

To be considered for financial aid, property owners must complete and return the Private Property Application and all other required forms by December 11, 2021, either by email at [email protected] or in person at the PDAP office, located at 3085 Albert Street.
