Regina City Council is expected to approve a plan at Wednesday’s meeting, that will relocate rail tracks from Ring Road.
The City is looking for an engineering company that can start on making preliminary designs for the relocation, with both CN and CP Rail having to approve what is put forth.
The conversion therapy bylaw is also expected to be passed after third reading.
Unlike the last meeting where council heard from around 30 delegations, there will be no delegates this time, with Mayor Sandra Masters saying the bill will be passed.
Saskatoon passed a ban on conversion therapy earlier this year.

Council has also been recommended to approve a water fluoridation program similar to what many other cities have including Moose Jaw.
The program would start when upgrades to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment plant have been completed.
