The Regina Downtown Business Improvement District is inviting residents to take part in Taste of Downtown 2021.

In total 16 restaurants in the downtown area are taking part:

Wild Sage Kitchen & Bar

RDBID Executive Director Judith Veresuk says a lot of restaurants and business are rebounding from pandemic shutdowns and the extra business means just that much more.

“This is a chance for folks in the community to get out and support their downtown restaurants,” Veresuk said. “A lot of these restaurants — as we all know — have been impacted by COVID-19, so Taste of Downtown was our opportunity to get folks reintroduced to their old favourites or maybe find some new favourites downtown.”

Veresuk says until Oct. 2, people have a chance to enter to win one of three $100 gift cards to participating restaurants.

The participating restaurants will all be offering a special item.

All restaurants will be following current provincial health guidelines.

Take-out and delivery options are also available.
