Another 312 new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan Friday

There are 312 new cases of COVID-19 being reported Friday in Saskatchewan according to the provincial government’s COVID-19 dashboard. 

The new cases come from Regina (59), the north west (39), the central east (34), Saskatoon (33), the south east (32), the north central (20), the far north east (19), the far north west (10), the north east (eight), the south central (eight), the south west (five), and the central west (two).

The seven-day average of daily new cases is down to 380.

Another four people have died after testing positive for COVID-19. The death toll has now reached 773.

There are 339 people in hospital with COVID-19, including 78 in ICU.

Another 238 people have recovered, but the active case count is up to 4,364.

There were 2,561 new tests processed.

When it comes to vaccinations, another 4,159 COVID-19 shots were administered, including 1,853 first doses.

A total of 761,888 people are fully vaccinated in Saskatchewan.
