Three individuals are facing charges after an incident at a business on Sunday.

Police were dispatched to a report of bear spray incident at a business on the 700 block of Albert Street on Sunday morning.

When police arrived they observed several people suffering from the bear spray but none required medical attention.

Investigation lead to a female victim on distress on the second floor. She alleged three people two females and one male confined her to a chair threatened her with a firearm and a bladed weapon and then bear-sprayed her before leaving the business.

Officers located and arrested three suspects a short time later.

43 year old James Albert Seal , 24 year old Celina Mary Nayneecassum and 29 year old Meguin Sky Scales are all facing charges multiple charges of Assault With a Weapon.

All three appeared in Provincial Court on Monday.
