Another successful Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation Radiothon has come to an end.
A total of $888,961.34 has been raised by the people and businesses of Saskatchewan to help support the neonatal intensive care unit and critical programming to enhance provincial pediatric trauma care.
In 2020, just over $641,000 was raised, while in 2019 — the last radiothon to not be impacted by COVID-19 — over $750,000 was raised. It is the highest total ever raised in the 20-year history of the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation Radiothon.
President and CEO Brynn Boback-Lane thanks the people of Saskatchewan for their continued support.
“At the end of the day, we hope you never need the services of the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, but because it’s now in our backyard, it is up to us to continue supporting it to help those kids that come after today and need the services and equipment that we can provide right here in our home.”
