Regina-based Farm Credit Canada has once again been recognized as one of Canada’s best employers.

FCC has received the recognition from Kincentric, an international management consulting firm.

This is the 19th consecutive year FCC has been identified as one of Canada’s best employers.

FCC president Michael Hoffort says the work environment will continue to evolve to ensure employee safety during the pandemic without compromising on teamwork and strong customer relations.

FCC was assessed on measures around employee involvement, organizational ability, good leadership and focus on retaining great talent.

FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture and food lender, with a portfolio of more than 41 billion dollars.
