Environment Canada says the last 3 months saw warmer and drier than normal weather in southern Saskatchewan.
Terri Lang at the weather office says Regina’s 3 month mean temperature of 6 degrees was 2.4 degrees warmer than normal, making it the 8th warmest on record.
Lang says Regina had an estimated 55 millimeters of precipitation in the 3 month period, about 77 percent of normal.
Moose Jaw had its 8th warmest fall period on record with a mean temperature of 7.1 degrees.
November weather statistics also show warmer and drier than normal, except Yorkton, which had 47 percent above normal precipitation last month.
