48 new COVID-19 cases in Saskatchewan with two new deaths

There are now 931 people in our province who have died as a result of COVID-19.

The province announced two more deaths on Monday along with 48 new cases as numbers continue to drop with the active case count now sitting at 634—101 of them in the Regina zone.

The new cases are in the Far North West (two), North West (two), North Central (two), Saskatoon (15), Central West (one), Central East (eight), Regina (12), South Central (three) and South East (two) zones with one new case having pending residence details.

There are 130 people hospitalized with 30 of those in the ICU.

There were 2,420 vaccines administered Sunday with 2,051 of those being first doses.
