Regina Police have opened a death investigation after the discovery of a deceased woman at a house on the 1600 block of Toronto Street.

Officers were called at 1:05pm on Tuesday, January 4th, and discovered the body of a deceased female inside of a home.

At this early stage in the investigation no further details are being released.

Anyone who may have information to assist police is asked to call Regina Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
