The Mennonite Disaster Service update says 26 truck loads of hay have been delivered to drought-stricken Saskatchewan in the past few months.
The vice chair of the disaster service in Saskatchewan, Ike Epp, says so far, 31 transport trailer loads have been donated by Ontario farmers to the Mennonite Haywest program.
He hopes more are coming.
He says Saskatchewan producers are very appreciative of the support.
Epp says the hay is sold at pre-drought prices to help cover transportation costs.
Twenty-four more Saskatchewan farmers are awaiting hay under the program.
