A fire close to the Carmichael Outreach Centre in Regina has left them without power.

Due to this, the centre has had to suspend lunch hour operations for more than 300 clients.

Development coordinator for the center Aurora Marinari is asking the public to bring food to their community pantry at 1510 12th Avenue.

Currently the centre is coordinating with mobile crisis services and the Red Cross to help the people who have been displaced by this morning’s blaze.
