For the first time in 3 years – the Oscars have a Host – or three.

It was announced today that three funny women will take the helm of Hollywood’s brightest night. The 94th academy awards will be hosted by Wanda Sykes, Amy Schumer, and Regina Hall.

All three women have previous credits that have shown how funny they are. Wanda Sykes was once given the distinction of being one of the 25 funniest people in America. Amy Schumer has won a Peabody award for comedic writing, and Regina Hall was featured in the comedy series Scary Movie, and television series Ally McBeal.

The last time three hosts took the stage was nearly 35 years ago – and this marks the first time three women have gotten the call to host. In the previous two years the Oscars have gone without a host. The last Oscar telecast received the lowest ratings for the awards show since it’s television debut in 1953.

The awards will be presented at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood California March 27th.
