The Regina Pats got back into the win column with a 2-0 win over the Medicine Hat Tigers.
Kelton Pyne picked up his second career home shutout win in his second career start inside of the Brandt Centre making 21 saves to earn the win.
Ryker Evans scored the go ahead goal for Regina in the third period that would hold up as the game winning goal. Conner Bedard scored his 32nd goal of the season by adding an empty netter.
Pyne said after the game, his time with the Pats so far has been a surreal experience and credited his teammates for making his life easier as a goalie.
Assistant Coach Brad Herauf was happy with the way his team refused to get frustrated during the second and third period when they game was scoreless and kept battling before earning the victory.
