The Regina Pats fought back from a 3-0 deficit last night, however, the Eastern Conference’s leading team would recover to win 6-3.
The Pats would be down 3-0, only to tie the game up on goals from Stanislav Svozil (6), Zane Rowan (3), and Tanner Howe (20), however, Edmonton would then score three straight goals of their own.
Despite allowing six goals, Regina goaltender Drew Sim did his best to keep the Pats in the game making 43 saves in the loss. Matteo Michels also picked up two assists in the game.
The game marked the first of three games in three nights for the Pats. Regina will continue game two of their three-game Alberta road trip as they travel to Red Deer tonight.
