SaskTel waiving fees for calls and texts to Ukraine

With many Saskatchewan residents being concerned about the safety of family and friends in Ukraine, SaskTel is doing what it can to help.

They announced that they will be waiving a number of fees so customers can connect with loved ones.

Effective on March 31 SaskTel will waive:

Long-distance charges for SaskTel wireless (postpaid and prepaid), landline, and business calls made from Canada to Ukraine.
International text messaging fees for text messages sent from Canada to Ukraine.
Roaming charges for calls, texts, and data overages for customers currently in Ukraine
