Old man winter continues to hamper travel across parts of Saskatchewan. Blowing snow has created many travel problems.

Travel is not recommended on the following highways: 5,7,6,16,39 and portions of the number 1 between Grenfell and Moosomin.

Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution on Saskatchewan roadways as conditions are improving, but many roadways are still in poor condition.

The winds are set to continue gusting through a portion of the afternoon into the evening with winds dissipating over night.
