The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed Defensive Back Stephen Denmark.

Denmark was a 7th round draft pick of the Chicago Bears in the 2019 NFL Draft. He spent time on their practice roster for portions of two seasons before moving on to the Cleveland Browns.

The American also spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers.

Denmark spent his collegiate career at Valdosta State. The Florida native was a Wide Receiver for four seasons before making the move to the defensive side of the ball. He was a member of the 2018 Division Two National Championship squad.

During his pro day, Denmark had a time of 4.46 seconds in the 40 yard dash.
