Pats drop 3-1 game to playoff-clinching Blades

The Regina Pats fell 3-1 to the Saskatoon Blades last night in the Bridge City.

Logan Nijhoff scored the lone goal for the Pats, who were outshot 44-24 in the game, including 21-4 in the third period. Drew Sim made 41 of 44 saves in the loss in net.

Egor Sidorov, Marek Schneider and Tristen Robins scored the goals for Saskatoon.

The Blades clinched a playoff spot with the win, while the Pats remain four points behind eighth place Swift Current.
