The Saskatchewan Roughriders have re-signed American defensive back AJ Hendy.

He played 14 games in 2021, making 14 defensive tackles and seven special teams tackles. Hendy also had one interception.

Hendy played a game with the Miami Dolphins in 2016, and also spend time on the practice roster of the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston Texans and the New York Guardians of the XFL.

Hendy played his college ball at the University of Maryland.
