Saskatchewan has reported 12 new deaths and 376 news cases of COVID-19.
The latest numbers come from the Government of Saskatchewan’s weekly COVID update. The numbers decreased from the previous week when 22 people died and 465 new cases were reported.
The province also reported a decrease of 12 hospitalizations, bringing the province’s total to 258. They also reported a decrease of four in province ICUs, bringing that total to ten.
Of the 12 deaths, eight were in the 80 or older age group, with two occurring in both the 40 to 59 and 60 to 69 age group.
