Man Wanted for Second Degree Murder

The Saskatchewan RCMP are trying to track down 39 year old Alvin Thomas.  He is charged with second degree murder in the death of a woman in Cumberland House, Saskatchewan May 29th.

Police were called to a home in Cumberland House, north-east of the Red Earth Cree Nation, where they found 29 year old Marisha Hoksbergen.  She was pronounced dead.

As police continued their investigation, Alvin Thomas emerged as a suspect.  He is being charged with second degree murder.  A warrant has now been issued for his arrest.

He is 5 feet 11 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes,  He has at tattoo that says “Pritch” in cursive writing on the back of one hand.  He also has the initials “AT” and DM” on the other hand below the thumb.
