A fight between two men resulted in one man being stabbed and the other arrested and charged.

Just before 2:00 p.m., Monday police were dispatched to a report of a fight between two men at 12th and Albert Street.

When police arrived, they found a 41-year-old male with an apparent stab wound, and he was taken to the hospital by EMS.

The suspect, an 18-year-old, was arrested a short distance away without incident and has been charged.

Police report that the incident began as an argument between the two males and escalated into an aggravated assault.
