House Stolen in Saskatchewan

On any given day in Saskatchewan, a quick search of the news will reveal car thefts, truck thefts, cattle thefts, and more.

What you usually don’t see, is a story about a house theft.  Well, here it is.

On June 14th, a house was stolen from the Crooked River area, which is east of Tisdale.

The house had already been placed on a trailer to be moved, and sometime during the day it vanished.

Police say they responded to a call of an altercation between a man, and the home’s owner the day after the theft, but have not shed any light on whether it was connected to the theft of the house.

The house has not been found yet.  If you have seen it, or know anything about this case, you are asked to contact the RCMP or CrimeStoppers.
