A tough day at the office for the Regina Red Sox as they dropped both games on Sunday.

They lost 9-1 to the Sylvan Lake Gulls and they were defeated 4-3 to the Weyburn Beavers.

In the matchup with the Gulls, the Red Sox were leading after the first inning but a five run second inning would help the Gulls to victory.

CF Nate Bach had a pair of hits and a RBI in the opening game on Sunday.

Against the Beavers, Weyburn would score all of their runs in third inning.

Third Baseman Karsten Vazquez had pair of hits and a RBI in the loss for the Red Sox against Weyburn.

Next action for the Red Sox is tomorrow night when they head down the highway and meet the Moose Jaw Miller Express.
