The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released the “depth chart” for tomorrow’s game in Montreal.
Of note, Charleston Hughes is not on the roster . However receiver Duke Williams is in the line up, despite battling an ankle injury all week.
Not having Hughes presence in the pass rush will be something the Riders will have to adjust to. So far this year Saskatchewan has 13 sacks – nine more than any other club.
The Alouettes have have allowed six sacks through two games.
Its a short turnaround for the Riders, who were able to squeeze in one full practice this week, after last week’s win in Edmonton. The team is looking for a 3 and 0 start in back to back years.
The Roughriders will get on the plane this afternoon for the flight to Montreal. The Al’s have lost the first two games of the season, but Montreal’s owner was saying this week, he believes his Alouettes will get their first “W” of the season against the Riders.
