The Saskatchewan Roughriders Jamal Morrow and Pete Robertson have been named CFL top performers for the month of June.
Morrow has exploded with a strong start to his season as he is leading the CFL in rushing after the opening four weeks. He’s enjoyed a pair of games with 100+ yards rushing and has accumulated 735 all purpose yards. The Riders running back was named a top performer in Week 2.
Robertson is the league leader in sacks with seven. The defensive end has recorded multi-sack games on three occasions this season. He is also tied for the league lead in forced fumbles and fumble recoveries. The Texas Tech product was named a top performer in Week 4.
Nathan Rourke of the BC Lions was also named a top performer for June in the CFL.
