Fifty year old Jason Kotyk of Regina is being charged with drugging a young woman, and sexually assaulting her.

The incident took place on June 11, when the 29 year old woman went to Kotyk’s residence, the two had drinks – and the woman suspected that her drink had been tampered with.

Kotyk was arrested on June 30th, and has been charged with administering a noxious substance with intent, administering a drug to overcome resistance, and sexual assault.

Jason Kotyk made his first appearance in court on July 14th.
