Its “Country Roots Night” at Mosaic Stadium

Its going to be a great day for a football game.  Sunshine, warm temperatures, and “Country Roots Night” at Mosaic Stadium.

The BC Lions are in town to take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders.  Here are a few things to know for tonight:

The Pepsi Summer Concert Series is back with Saskatchewan’s own Jess Moskaluke taking the stage.

The Coors Light Party in the Park is back with western themed activities, including a mechanical bull.  That gets started at 4 o’clock.

Some other tips from the team:

Your phone is your ticket, make sure you download the Rider App, it will make getting into the stadium smoother.

Each fan including children can bring in one clear plastic bag to carry some of your belongings in.

Riders Transit will start rolling from pick up points at 3 o’clock.  If you want to ride your bike to the stadium, there is a bike valet service available by Gate 4.

“Countdown to Kickoff” hits the airwaves at 4 o’clock this afternoon.  Game time is 7 p.m.
