The bye week has given the Riders a chance to clean up a few things in practice, and get a few more guys healthy going into tonight’s game in Edmonton.
This is the definition of a “trap” game. Edmonton is coming off a drubbing at the hands of the BC Lions last week, and are sinking further into the CFL West basement.
The Riders have lost three straight games, and coming off the bye are hoping to make a run to improve their chances of getting into, and hosting the West Semi Final.
After this road game in Edmonton, its back to back games with the BC Lions, who won in their last visit to Mosaic Stadium.
