Its a beautiful new home in the “Creeks” neighbourhood in Regina.

Built by Ripplinger Homes, its the top prize in this year’s Hospitals of Regina Foundation Home Lottery.  The prize-home has four bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths, a dream kitchen, and more.

The winner of the house, also gets $100,000 in cash.

The house isn’t the only prize up for grabs.  There is also a 1380 square foot cottage on Echo Lake being offered up as the “Early Bird” prize.   Its the most expensive cottage offered up by the lotto, worth $700,000, and the winner of that also gets $25,000 in cash.

There are more prizes of great trips and cars as well.

All of the proceeds raised help support the hospitals in Regina with money for new equipment and improved facilities.
