Saskatchewan Roughrider receiver Keenan Schaffer-Baker has been named one of the CFL’s “Top Performers of the Week”
Schaffer-Baker had an outstanding game against the BC Lions last Friday night:
- Set a new personal best with 170 receiving yards on five catches
- Registered a touchdown reception, two 30+ yard receptions and three second down conversion receptions
- Averaged 34.0 yards per catch
- Notched his second-career 100+ yard receiving game
- Leads team with 614 receiving yards, 44 receptions and is tied for first with four touchdown receptions.
The other performers of the week are Defensive Back Jamal Peters of the Toronto Argonauts who had three interceptions last week, including a pick six.
And Malik Henry of the Calgary Stampeders was also selected for his fine play last week. Henry has 7 receptions for 122 yards, and three touchdowns in the loss to Winnipeg.
