In eight games this season, Marino recorded nine tackles and a sack with the Riders.
He was received a four game suspension for a low hit to Ottawa QB Jeremiah Masoli along with his actions following the hit in a game that happened on July 8.
Following his suspension, Marino got fined by the league following the Riders loss to BC in Week 11.
Saskatchewan is set to return to practice on Wednesday.
