Pats double up Broncos 4-2 in preseason action in Estevan

The Regina Pats defeated the Swift Current Broncos 4-2 in front of a sold out Affinity Place in Estevan on Tuesday night.

Connor Bedard led the way for Regina as he scored a pair of goals, one being a short handed marker, and the other goal was a powerplay. The 17 year old now has four goals this preseason.

Corban Almen and Borya Valis also scored for the Pats in the win.

Koen MacInnes played two periods in net for Regina and made 25 saves on 27 shots. Drew Sim made six saves in his one period of action.

The Pats will now move into a home and home set with the Winnipeg Ice, the two teams will meet at the Brandt Centre on Thursday night with an opening faceoff at 7:00 at the Brandt Centre.
