The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed Global linebacker Jordan Genmark Heath on Tuesday.

Earlier this year, Genmark Heath attended rookie camp with the Kansas City Chiefs. In May, the Riders selected the linebacker with the fifth overall pick of the 2022 Global Draft.

Genmark Heath spent time collegiately with UCLA and Notre Dame. In 2021 he started 12 games at middle linebacker for the Bruins.

He began his football career with the Arlanda Jets, an American football team in Sweden.
