Roughrider orange jerseys to be raffled to support Indigenous programs

Before last Friday’s game, the Saskatchewan Roughriders along with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers practiced in orange jerseys as a small symbol of our commitment to reconciliation and the work we will continue to do moving forward as allies with the Indigenous community.

The Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation announced that these one-of-a-kind orange jerseys will be used for a jersey raffle which will help fund Indigenous sport programs and special events in Indigenous Communities.

The raffle will take place on Thursday, October 6 be streamed live from the team’s locker room and will feature 50 one-of-a-kind autographed jerseys and bonus prizes such as Rider Store gift cards and community suite ticket packages for the 2023 season.

Jamal Morrow and Frankie Hickson will be the special guest hosts of the jersey raffle.
